We are a next gen e-Learning startup helping career aspirants to prepare and perform in their Professional exams as well as making them ready for their journey from Campus to Corporate. Our product roadmap includes the latest in online and cognitive learning techniques as well as innovative study management plans harnessing the power of internet, mobile and social media.

We are looking for Sales & Business Development Executive with 1-3 experience in sales of any e-learning product through digital media and physical sales in college/ institutions / individual students. Candidate will be initially posted either in Hyderabad. Deserving candidate will have the opportunity to get multiple cities in his/her territory and quickly move to regional business development head role and based on performance of 12-18 months he/she will be offered company stock options. Working experience in startup environment and marketing to younger generation/students and their parents will be given preference.

What you will do in this job?

  • Planning, executing and evaluating field sales & business development activity in Colleges in and around the territory given. This includes meeting with College principals, management & HODs; participating in various college Fests to promote Entuze products and generates leads. Candidate should be able to demonstrate Entuze product to college faculty/students. He/She should also engage the students and college management with periodic visits to the college to facilitate the deal closure.
  • Generate / nurture leads and make all effort to convert them to sales.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key administrators, guidance counselors, booster clubs, and student organizations to increase Entuze’s brand recognition in the community and organize Entuze events to increase sales.
  • Help establishes various Sales channels through associations, coaching centers and tie-up with vendors who provide services to Institutions. Build relationship with academicians, student groups to promote the Brand.
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Entuze College to Career Business & Financial courses to prospective students, their teachers & parents for both PU and Bachelor levels.
  • Conduct dynamic and effective informational and sales presentations at colleges and in the community.
  • Leverage prior relationships, contacts & partnerships with schools, colleges, organizations, corporations, etc. locally to grow leads and enrollments
  • Plan, oversee, and implement local promotional programs, events and materials aimed at increasing enrollments in upcoming classes and testing programs.
  • Implement our customer referral program in the given territory to ensure positive sales results.
  • Candidate should be able to meet the individual prospects generated through digital marketing and demonstrate the product and clarify his/her doubts. He/She should nurture the leads till the sales closure.
  • Maintain various sales metrics and generate reports (Weekly/Monthly) for the management

Annual salary  :  Rs.2 to 4 Lakhs salary with high variable pay / incentive without cap on upper limit. Remuneration will not be a constraint for deserving candidates.

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer who has overall 3-5 years of Web development with strong exposure in PHP & Java . Experience of developing web application with MySQL and other databases is required. Exposure to Moodle based learning management platform would be an added advantage.
