Digital Marketing Executive
What you will do in this job?
– You will conceive new ideas to augment the online marketing plan.
-Create and manage the overall digital marketing strategy and execution.
-Achieve online lead generation targets via Search Engine Marketing, Display, Remarketing, Affiliates, Social Media, and Email Marketing and drive ROI on each of these.
– Maintain and optimize (SEO, SEM) on the website, to generate high quality traffic.
-Leverage a “test, measure and refine” approach to constantly improve the campaign performances and increase the ROI & Profitability.
-Manage the organic growth of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogs etc. in line with the online marketing plan.
– Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
-Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
– Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
– Target to achieve expected revenue growth.

You’ll directly report to the CEO.
You will initially be based out of Bangalore
Who You Are?
A start-up is both difficult and exhilarating! We are building reputation breaking barriers. The model is reasonably new to Indian students and needs persistence, belief, energy and a long term (3-5 year) view.
Apart from these, you’ll need:
– An MBA or engineering degree from a premier institute (top 50)
– A minimum of 2-4 years sales or marketing experience.
– An in-depth understanding of how to use the online medium to generate business – with a min of 2 yrs in online marketing.
– Has an eye out for market trends; can adapt quickly and is agile in thinking and execution.
– having practical experience on campaign execution, analytics, email marketing etc.
– Creative in thought with high intelligence.
– Great team player and communicator who can make spot decisions with confidence
– Self-directed and excellent in time management, project management, prioritization and organizational skills
– Hunger to achieve – persistent, not give up easily.
Bangalore. Candidate should be willing to travel extensively on business requirement

– A good base cash salary, plus performance based cash bonus based on performance
– You will be eligible for ESOPs based on 24 months performance. If you succeed to generate revenue value grows and you grow your wealth exponentially; if not you will have earned your salary
